A Letter From The Administrator
Dear Resident and Family members,
Welcome to Bidwell Care Center. As the Administrator, I feel I have an opportunity each day to make a difference in someone's life. The staff at Bidwell is the most all-encompassing group I've ever had the pleasure of working with. There are many specialties in the health care industry and each one has technical components to them. The technicalities of a given position are learned typically through structured educational forums. The areas that cannot be taught in classrooms include personal desire, driven passion, empathy, compassion, and genuine care for others. I have observed our staff on numerous occasions going the extra mile to ensure that our residents are receiving everything they need, both physically and emotionally.
Additionally, we take pride in the customer service we provide. It seems to come natural for our staff. We realize that everyday families entrust us to care for the ones they love. We take great pride in honoring our commitments. It's what separates us from other care givers. We are a 5-Star rated skilled nursing facility and have earned that status because of how we enhance and rehabilitate the lives of those looking to us for assistance. We provide cognitive retraining, physical rehabilitative and restorative services. We focus our attention as care givers to the specific needs of each individual admitted to Bidwell.
In the past year we opened a dynamic and state-of-the-art rehabilitation unit we call Touchpoints. It quickly became an integral part of the Greater Manchester community. Touchpoints offers something very different from other rehabilitation units. It is an intimate 17 bed, hotel-style wing of our facility that offers attentive and personalized care with spacious hardwood floor rooms, personal HD televisions, private phones and wifi access. Our Rehab services are offered 7 days per week. All residents receive a pre-discharge home assessment to ensure that your discharge is safe, comfortable, and seamless. Representatives from our team then follow up with you in the community once you're back home.
