“In June, I had to have half hip replacement surgery. I had limited choices of where to go to receive therapy after my surgery because I needed a facility that was also knowledgeable in home dialysis. After reviewing my options, I chose Touchpoints at Manchester. My first impression of Touchpoints was very nice. They gave me a private room. My nurse came in right away and made me feel so warm, so cared for, so comfortable. The whole staff went above and beyond. Everything was done on time, and done well. I didn't just lay in bed to recover. The therapy staff was very good, they know how to challenge you. I think anyone who comes to Touchpoints at Manchester will be happy. I would highly recommend it. Also, the warmth of the CNAs is extraordinary. I just love them all. You are a person first, a patient second.”
